I step in around 4-6 weeks before the wedding to review your plans, identify any gaps, and create a detailed runsheet that keeps the entire day flowing smoothly. I’ll confirm details with suppliers and make sure everything is organised so nothing is left to chance.
Then on the day… I make it all happen.
I’m not the coordinator who just stands around with a clipboard – I’m the one lugging chairs, moving tables, adjusting styling, answering supplier questions, solving problems, keeping things clean and keeping everything on time. I sweat the small stuff so you don’t have to.

HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: The Final Planning Stage
Around 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we sit down and go through everything together.
This is where you will dump all the information on me, I review your plans and make sure nothing has slipped through the cracks. From there, I create a clear and detailed runsheet that keeps the entire day flowing smoothly.
Step 2: The Runsheet
Your runsheet becomes the roadmap for the day. It outlines timings, movements, my task list and all the little details that keep things running seamlessly.
Step 3: The Wedding Day
On the day, I’m there to coordinate suppliers, manage the timeline, oversee setup and handle any curveballs that pop up.
You’ll find me wherever I’m needed… directing vendors, adjusting styling, moving chairs, answering questions and keeping everything on track.
If something needs doing, I’m doing it.
The goal is simple: your wedding day unfolds smoothly, your vendors know exactly what’s happening, and you get to relax and enjoy every moment.
WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE ME DOING
An On The Day Coordinator isn’t someone who just watches the clock – I’m the person making sure everything happens when and how it should.
On my list, you might have me doing some of these tasks –
- Setting up ceremony chairs, signage and décor according to your styling brief
- Coordinating vendor arrivals and directing them where they need to go ]
- Making sure the celebrant, photographer and musicians are ready before the ceremony begins (and someone is there to hit play)
- Greeting guests and guiding them to the right place
- Moving flowers from ceremony to reception so you get the most out of them
- Cutting the cake and serving it on platters to guests
- Replenishing the grazing table
- Helping with styling adjustments if weather or logistics require a quick pivot
- Checking in with vendors throughout the day to keep everything flowing
- Making sure dinner service runs on time
- Keeping the bridal party on track so no one is wondering what happens next
Basically, if something needs doing, I’m the one to assign it to!
I’m happy to move chairs, adjust tables, carry things, and fix problems on the fly. Weddings are physical, fast-moving days, and I’m not afraid to get stuck in and make it happen.

PRICING

Charged at $120 per hour + travel fee.
Pre-wedding coordination & runsheet preparation at a flat fee of $475.
This includes:
- Two online pre-wedding meetings (approx. 1 hour each), generally a month and a week before the wedding date
- Review of your wedding plans and logistics
- Creation of a detailed runsheet
- Access to ask me anything once you book me in
The On the Day Coordination does not include providing styling items, but I will set up what you have organised! You’ll give me your styling brief and I will set up according to your wishes – using discretion where required.
Onsite visits can be added for a fee (hourly rate + travel fee applies).
A non-refundable retaining fee will be required to secure your date. The payment is required in order to consider your booking confirmed. Any cancellations made within 60 days of the booking date receive a full cancellation fee of all received monies.
